Cabify App Reviews

I am using it in Madrid where I leave. Cabify is simply great.

Cabify has yet to learn a lot from apps such as Uber. The app doesnt work for hours sometimes and there arent enough cabifys in big areas yet...

Very nice app, it makes really easy to use the service and book a vehicle. Cant wait to try when I get back to Madrid, seems a convenient way to travel from the airport to the city.

Practical, easy to use. More international coverage (more countries) would improve it...

Started using it recently and it works great in Ecuador

The service failed a simple trip from hotel to the airport. The driver never arrived and when journey was cancelled I was still charged. This is beyond dishonest. Avoid at all cost!

I arrived in Madrid after an overnight flight and, after a year of being a corporate customer with monthly billing to my company bank account, the app suddenly prompted me for a credit card. Having been burned by double billing by Cabify before I was reluctant. No way to call anyone and no response for two days from Cabifys Corporate team. Turns out my business wasnt meeting monthly billing minimums so they cut me off without any notice.... Amateur..

I used them to go from Cartagena to Barranquilla - they ended up charging me twice for the same trip and, one month later, are still playing dumb not to return my money. Its a rip-off, save yourself time and money and avoid them

Sadly,using Uber or a common taxi its always cheaper than using a taxi of this app

The app worked perfectly and I must say it was the cheapest of all three options in Montevideo. I love having options!
