So far theres never a car available. Havent been able to use the service. Reserve is only for a Van.

never any cars. waited 20 minutes for a car that said driver is 3 minutes away the entire time... and then charged for it. charged an additional cancellation fee for no reason with no response from support. this service does NOT work.

Third time I request a car through the app and no one is on the road. Ill just stick with uber.

Started using this in Spain, now working in chile as well...works really well... Easy, intuitive Best thing - you can book taxis in advance , to what locations you want! Soo useful!

This app offers a safe way to get around town. At affordable rates! Its smart safe and easy! You can use paypal to avoid handing out cash to the driver! I personally think its a great choice to use this service, you pay per car not per person, you get picked up in the car of your choice (great for executives) and you do the transaction through a safe payment method. Avoid having to call cabs and see whether the have cabs available near you, with this app you can see on a map what cab is closest to you!! Its simply amazing!!!

Reliable and practical

Easy to use... great drivers... Would be great if they had more coverage in Peruvian cities outside of Lima. Needs to improve its local customer service. Overall, great app!

Need to align the cancellation policy of charging 20€ for cancellations within 2 hours with the ability to reserve within one hour and no ability to modify a reservation. I had an incident where I made a reservation for a pickup within one hour and then needed to change it minutes later. With no ability to modify the reservation, I proceeded to cancel it only to be charged 20€ for canceling the reservation because of the two hour window!

I had been using Cabify for one week now and I must say that their service is much better than Uber beginning with the pro attire the drivers wear. Their service is very good. Thanks!

This app and the service provided is awesome! The security trouble in Mexico City comes to its end with this service. A never better one!
